Our trip to Hawaii, my top sale picks, and the great stone debate.
Several months ago, we decided to meet up with a few couples and their kids for the 4th of July weekend. We all stayed in a cute shingled house in Lincoln City, OR. It surpassed all expectations! It was in the most charming little neighborhood with steps down to the beach and the cooler temps were just the escape we needed from the Utah heat. The sun was shining the entire trip and we ate, played, napped and bonfire-d our little hearts out.
We spent Tues.-Sat. in LA to install our Pacific Palisades project and finish/photograph a project we've been working on since July of 2014. I got off the plane and felt those warm rays and immediately began trying to figure out how to move back.
It probably goes without saying, but one of my favorite things to do is shop. Good thing, because interior design requires a lot of it. Wren and I buzz all over Orange County exploring and schlepping our finds for clients. Over the next few weeks I’m going to share my favorite spots that I find myself going to time and time again – some to buy things, and other simply because they are inspiring.
