Layered & Streamlined Great Room: Get The Look

If you haven’t heard the news yet, our Summer 2020 Digital Catalogue launched yesterday on McGee & Co.!

To celebrate; we’re going to break down one of our favorite looks from The McGee’s Home great room!

First, we grounded the space with one of our favorite new arrivals, the Evie Rug. Hand-knotted by skilled artisans, this piece has the perfect blend of deep, yet neutral feeling hues that instantly brought this look to life.

To contrast our seating choices, we selected our iron-crafted, Richins Side Table. When designing this piece, we wanted to it to be as functional as it is beautiful, so we made it slightly oversized for extra surface area and added shape interest, and added a woven accent bar for the perfect subtle, designer touch.

Pillows have always been our love language, and this season, we added new patterns and styles to our collection to bring an extra layer of intention to our spaces. Craft the perfect pairing by setting the tone with a color palette, adding dimension with different sizes, and mixing and matching geometric shapes with organic prints and textured solids for a curated look.

For the finishing styling touch, we added a few of our favorite coffee table books, corralled decor objects, and of course, our latest McGee & Co. candle scent Sandalwood & Fleur!
