One Entryway – Two Ways. We kept the console as a base but restyled everything, from the artwork to the rug, for a completely different feel. Stay tuned for a follow-up blog post on how we approach entryway styling, but for now, we are going to breakdown both looks!
Natural & Textured Entry
Both looks start with the Roman Console Table. It’s natural, coastal, and has an elegant waterfall-edge shape. It’s an organic starting place.
For the first look, we focused on texture!! We added in our "Texture Study Artwork," which is framed in a light wood, which coordinates with the console. The dark rug ties in with the earthy, graystone finish of the Rayan Table Lamp.
We mixed wovens with more wovens by using a wicker wrapped vase and baskets on the side in a darker tone. Next, we layered in books, our favorite ceramic tray, and a bowl. We love this console's open shelf for the added functionality and of course the styling options.
COASTAL & COOL ENTRYWAY
For the second look, we wanted it to feel casual. One of our favorite combinations right now are cool blue tones mixed with warmer ones like terra-cotta. The modern silhouette of the wooden lamp gave this space a more streamlined feel, while still keeping it very organic with the natural mix of materials. In the last look, we layered in a basket to fill in some space, but here we changed it up for a very cool rattan hanger.
