Jackson Hole: Part One

Exterior photography by Tuck Fauntleroy, interior photography by Leslee Mitchell

A while back, we helped furnish a beautiful home in Jackson Hole, WY. If you haven't been, the area is just one picturesque mountainscape (that might be redundant, but this town deserves both words). Jackson has the cutest little shops and is surrounded by mountain ranges, ski resorts, and beautiful homes.

We're happy to be a part of this project. The design was by Northworks Architects , we collaborated on some of the finishes and fixtures but focused primarily on the furniture, and it was styled by Leslee Mitchell. As you can probably gather by looking at through the photos, our client is in the music industry (no, not Kanye—although I was informed by people in the office that he lived in Jackson for two years).

We love how this home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The architect incorporated multiple materials on the exterior, including a few of our favorites: stone and paneling.

We aimed to stay modern, while alluding to Jackson's roots. In the dining room, the client's art piece is colorful and we wanted to incorporated it, rather than just let it "pop" or feel unconnected to the space.  Because of this, we sourced this beautiful blue rug to ground the room.

The pattern tile added a graphic element that really played up our client's playfulness.
