If you're just tuning in to our mountain home tour, let me catch you up - here is an awesome video of our install and the tours of the great room/kitchen, master suite/mudroom/powder bath. Now we're moving to the kids' rooms! We used just a tad more color in these spaces, but I love that they still incorporate the high contrast, steel and natural wood elements from the rest of home.
With the soft blue penny tile, custom bleached oak vanity, and bone inlay mirror...this adjoining bathroom is just the cutest.
Now we're going to take a jump downstairs to the bunk rooms! But first, admire those stairs...and the chandelier, and that massive window!
The bunkrooms were a tad challenging to photograph because they are very narrow, but they turned out so stinking great.
The bathroom is the perfect mix of rustic and modern. The stained wood plank wall, floating vanity, and cute white penny tiles work together without competing:
The swiss cross tile in this shower is one of my favorites of all time. The tiles are hand-formed and have to be laid individually, so you can imagine how much the tile guys HATED us. Worth it, obviously.
This is the bunk room laundry. Yes, the bunk room laundry is cooler than your everyday laundry. Navy cabinets, brass hardware, and marble herringbone tile:
