Friday Inspiration: Kinda Moody

Today we're sharing our top six pinned images of the week! Scroll down for a little inspiration and why we love each one.

How magical is this winter scene? The outdoor Christmas tree in a basket adds a charming touch of holiday in a simple natural way.

One of our favorite places to add shiplap walls is in the mudroom. Even if you don't have a lot of space to work with it can really add dimension and interest. See yesterday's post for our favorite mudroom pieces!

As you know, this deep emerald green has been one of our favorite paint colors lately and this vignette is the perfect example of how beautiful it can look paired with layers of brass, white, and natural wood.

This living room corner has so many great elements. The wall and door moldings create the foundation for a traditional look but when paired with abstract art, leather, and touches of black it brings a more modern style. A combination you know we love.

Grey on grey! It wouldn't be our first thought to try this much of one color but we love how the curtains almost disappear in the wall color creating a texture element instead. This allows the ceiling and artwork to be the focal point and the result is stunning.

Speaking of grey, this entry way is the definition of bright and airy. The grey framed window and doors give it dimension without overpowering other elements. And that chandelier! A perfect statement piece amidst the natural tones.
