Pacific Palisades Project: Guest, Powder and Spa Bathrooms

I'm going to wrap up the tour of our Palisades project with a bunch of bathrooms. Exciting! These bathrooms didn't really "belong" in any of the other posts, so we're sharing them altogether.

This is technically a spec home, but it is far from the typical. The lighting and mirror selections made a HUGE impact in every space and made the home feel so much more custom.

Here is a look at the powder - the library light is an unconventional selection for a bathroom, but it turned out so great! The vintage rug adds just the right amount of warmth to all of the white wood paneling.

I love an opportunity for a good high contrast moment. The navy cabinets in this guest bathroom are everything!

The basement spa bathroom was challenging to design for a couple of reasons - 1. No natural light! 2. The foundation walls and plumbing only allowed for 1 sink on a very long vanity.

We kept everything white and filled in the space on the sides with double sconces. I just wish you could see the detail of the arabesque tile in the shower!
