12 JUNE 2026 — HOW-TO
The Color Story of Oxford Road
In this home layered with deeply personal storytelling, every color and finish was thoughtfully considered. Many of the paint colors were custom mixed on site, creating subtle shifts in tone that respond to the materials, natural light, and function of each space.
On the exterior, warm brick-cut stone establishes a welcoming foundation, balanced by the varied dark finish of the steel windows. Inside, painted cabinetry, rich wood tones, and carefully chosen color create depth and character throughout. Watch the Series.

01
Warm Whites
While the home's palette is rooted in soft neutrals, the nuance is in the details. From creamy white trim and custom-colored plaster walls in the kitchen, to Farrow & Ball's Old White on the ceiling beams and Drop Cloth on the interior doors, each finish contributes to a layered backdrop that feels warm, tailored, and timeless.

02
Hints of Blue
In a home defined by thoughtful design, variations of blue appear in unexpected places, from the laundry room cabinetry to the Officine Gullo range. These moments of color catch the eye without disrupting the flow, adding contrast, character, and a sense of discovery throughout the home.

Deep Green
In the office, a rich green brings depth and atmosphere to the paint-grade paneling and custom plaster walls. Inspired by Sherwin-Williams' Andiron, the hue's green, brown, and black undertones create a grounded, refined backdrop that adds character while complementing the home's layered material palette.
