Office Manager/Personal Assistant

Location: Salt Lake City office

Description:  Studio McGee is growing! We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will keep this place running while maintaining the positive culture. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Maintain office tidiness
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Prepare conference room for guests and meetings
  • Organize and schedule company events
  • Coordinate travel for office staff
  • Manage deliveries and mail
  • Personal assistant tasks for owners
  • Manage fabric library
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding 

  Qualifications:

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A great attitude, no egos here, please. 

Time Requirement: We’re looking for a full-time commitment.
