Office Manager/Personal Assistant
Location: Salt Lake City office
Description: Studio McGee is growing! We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will keep this place running while maintaining the positive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Maintain office tidiness
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Prepare conference room for guests and meetings
- Organize and schedule company events
- Coordinate travel for office staff
- Manage deliveries and mail
- Personal assistant tasks for owners
- Manage fabric library
- Coordinate new employee onboarding
Qualifications:
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A great attitude, no egos here, please.
Time Requirement: We’re looking for a full-time commitment.
