The NetSuite Systems Administrator is an integral part of McGee & Co’s. success, coordinating the suite of applications, provide training, support and direction on managing our Netsuite infrastructure. The NetSuite Systems Administrator will be responsible for analyzing and configuring our NetSuite software, and working with team directors on improving processes related to the system. Responsibilities also include assessing needs and formulating solutions through the use of NetSuite software and other applications; initiating and leading related projects; and providing day-to-day support of the NetSuite software.
This individual will also be our Desktop Systems/ Help Desk Administrator. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the absolute best technical service and support is provided to our staff.
Gather business requirements, design and develop and modify NetSuite financial and operational reports for all departments.
Work with business teams to gather business requirements, prepare, prioritize and deliver reports for all functional areas and business units across the organization. Assist with the continued rollout of reporting support architecture throughout the company.
Partner with various departments in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes.
Meet with decision makers and end users to define business, financial and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging of these systems.
Create system design proposals.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Help with the training of existing staff in the effective use and maintenance of NetSuite software.
Provide help desk support for all staff.

College diploma or university degree in software engineering or computer science and/or 3-5 years equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years practical functional experience with NetSuite software
Minimum of 5 years supporting desktop/laptop users, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related desktop applications, as well as PC and laptop imaging and repair.
Excellent understanding of ERP software fundamentals and tools.
Knowledge of best practices in ERP, CRM, and e-commerce to allow for more efficient business processes.
Subject matter expert in e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
Direct hands-on experience with ad-hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
