Rangeview Reno: Living Room

As I mentioned yesterday, we started this project last summer and after several months of renovating and waiting for furniture, we are excited share the full tour! The entry, dining and living all open up to each other, so it was important to me when developing the design that they all flowed without looking too match-y.

Here is what the room looked like before our clients move in:


We paired everything down, painted it white, replaced the floors with a white oak hardwood and designed a custom marble fireplace. 

I love that this "formal" living room manages to feel sophisticated and relaxed at the same time. It's hard for me to stay which piece steals the show in this room...I love it all! Even I can hardly believe the transformation:
