Designer Favorites: McGee & Co.’s Latest

Every time we launch a new season at McGee & Co, our design team starts dreaming about how they could use the new pieces in their upcoming projects. This time around, we have over 500+ new arrivals, which makes picking favorites even harder! However, we asked Shea’s team to choose a few things they love and why, and we wanted to share their answers here with you today!

Here’s what our design team is most excited about from our latest McGee & Co. launch:

The two-tone wood arm is a simple detail that adds so much character. The wood tones and fabric are classic, so this piece will never go out of style. I love that this is a statement chair that is still comfortable. I can’t wait to use two of these chairs in a living room! –  Kelsie Lindley, designer

The texture of this side table/stool is everything! I love that this piece could be in a traditional or modern setting. It’s a perfect layering piece, and I can’t wait to use it with a chaise in a master bedroom. “ – Kelsie Lindley, designer

I love seeing the many ways leather can be incorporated into any piece! The way the leather was incorporated into this table lamp helps soften the black metal frame and the marble base that would work beautifully on any dresser, vignette, or nightstand. – Kaitlin O’Connell, designer

“I love any excuse to add texture to a project! I am a big fan of the wrapped rattan detail and the subtle curve at the top. I can’t wait to use this shelf in a living room, office, or bedroom setting where I want to achieve a more coastal look.” – Brittany Friebe, designer

“There are so many elements I love about this ottoman. The fabric is the perfect neutral tone, and because it’s a durable Crypton, clients can worry less about kids or pets leaving their mark. The teak wood base has a beautiful finish, and I can’t get over the wrapped leather straps! This piece is so versatile and can work in almost any design.
